Processing Time All Heulog Glow Wax products are handmade with care. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the UK. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Candle Safety During Transit Our candles are carefully packaged to arrive safely. If any item is damaged in transit, please don't use it — contact us and we'll make it right.
